The commissions are a digital product, they will not be physically shipped.

Payments are accepted through Stripe via Artistree and my prices are in USD + tax. (Artistree will also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App pay)

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or 100% after the final rough sketch.

Additional characters are 50% of the original price. (Ex: 2 fullbody sketches for one commission will be $15+ $7.50= $22.50) Character limit is 3.

I'm only doing simple pattern backgrounds or no backgrounds for now for free.

I would like references for characters, poses, and outfits. If it's heavy body horror or gore, just describe what you want me to draw please.

I will send you WIPS of the commission progress and wait for your feedback.

If you’re ordering full color commission, I’ll send you the final rough sketch with color. To give you an idea of what the drawing will look like.

I can do 3 small revisions and/or addons for free, if it's a large revision and/or addon (example: changing the hair style, the pose, the outfit, etc.), I will charge extra from $5 to $10.

Art process may take from 3-7 days to 1-2 months, factors that can impact the wait are personal life, school, work, multiple orders, etc. I’ll inform you as soon as possible of any factors that will delay me finishing, but please be patient.

I'm in the Pacific Time Zone and there is a time period where I won't be responsive. I'll try to check at least a couple of times a day, but I may not respond immediately unless I'm online.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or finish after 2 months, you will receive a full refund.

If payment has not been sent yet, the you have the right to cancel the commission.

If you cancel your order after paying before I started it, you will get a full refund.

No refunds will be made after the completing the commission.

I work in order, unless you want to request a deadline with no extra charge.

In terms of the non-irl currency payments (other payment methods), I would prefer if you give me the payment before I give you the drawing. Just so I can verify and confirm it went through and give you your art.

You will only pay 100% when the art is done and you confirmed you will accept it.

All of the above terms still apply, but there's no tax applied.

Reject a commission for any reason.

Post the finished piece to any of my socials.

Use the finished piece for my portfolio or as examples.

Record the drawing process and edit as a speedpaint, but I will not post on to YouTube or other social media platforms unless you’re okay with it.

Credit me as the character designer for the original design.

All sales are final, no refunds, make sure you’re buying the character you want and the proper amount before purchasing.

Payments are made on Kofi with Stripe only, Zelle, or CashApp.

Commercial fee is 50% of price.

You may purchase commercial use later if you don’t buy it initially.

If you purchase an adoptable with commercial use and transfer the character to a new owner, you give up your commercial use rights and the new owner will obtain them.
